Challenge
I had to develop an intuitive and effective interface that allowed users to detect seismic movements using the accelerometer and microphone of their mobile devices. The goal was to provide a reliable and accessible tool to alert people about seismic activity and help them take safety measures quickly.
Goal
My main goal was to create an application that provided accurate and timely detection of seismic movements, allowing users to receive early alerts and take preventive measures. I wanted to offer a user-friendly experience that provided peace of mind and security to people in earthquake-prone areas, while also promoting awareness and preparedness for seismic emergencies.
Solution
To address this challenge, I focused on designing a clean and minimalist interface that allowed users to quickly access the main functionality of the application: seismic movement detection. I utilized advanced algorithms that leveraged the accelerometer and microphone of the device to detect and analyze seismic patterns in real-time. Additionally, I implemented a configurable alert system that notified users about the intensity and proximity of detected seismic movements.
